Deep Tissue

Done with a thorough intake form and postural assessment, a tailored treatment plan will be drawn out to target chronic tension, dial in on specific muscle groups and aide in injury recovery.
Relaxation

A customized massage to relieve muscle tension, stimulate blood circulation and promote a general sense of relaxation through light to medium pressure with rhythmic strokes and gentle kneading.
Prenatal
75min./$120
Incorporates Swedish Massage modalities to aide and address skeletal and circulatory concerns brought on by pregnancy. Including but not limited to; hormone regulation, swelling, nerve pain, circulation, insomnia and stress. Service offered anytime after the first trimester (12 weeks +) and can be completed until full term pending any health contraindications.

Targeted Time Saver

A 45 minute targeted service that is customized to address the needs of two or three specific muscle groups to alleviate general aches and pains or aide in soft tissue injury recovery. Please note- this is not a full body massage.
Upper Body Refresher

A 30 minute massage designed to target and address common areas of tension and soreness within the head, neck and shoulders. Great for a work week pick-me-up or as a refresher in between regular massage appointments!
Reflexology

A Therapeutic session that uses specific pressure on isolated reflex points of the feet that corresponds to different meridians and organs in the body. The intentions of this service is to clear blockages and restore a smooth flow or Qi (life force balance) to the meridians. Includes cleansing and gentle exfoliation of the feet and incorporation of hot stones.
Heated Body Wrap Ritual
Immerse yourself in a blissful 75 minute body treatment to relax and detoxify. This treatment offers a full body relaxation massage paired with a shea rich body butter (Cranberry Quench or Peppermint Plunge) to nourish, hydrate and renew skin. You are then immersed in a heated body wrap while receiving a head, neck and shoulder focused massage while your body takes in all of the vitamin A, E and F that the shea butter has to offer to aide with inflammation, hydration, and appearance of the skin.

A technique used to stimulate the nervous system resulting in detoxification, improved lymph flow, increased circulation, aide in digestion and reduce the appearance of cellulite.
Scalp Treatment $15
A scalp massage incorporating an ultralight organic dry oil that absorbs quickly leaving a satin finish and an overall nourished feel while stimulating hair growth and reducing muscle tension.
Sinus Soother $15
A sinus massage using cool facial stones coupled with headache relief oil to reduce inflammation and reduce sinus pressure.

Meet Shannon Rader (Shan) L.M.T. at SPA B
Shannon has been a Massage Therapist since 2019 where she attended The Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage. After graduation with honors, she moved on to the next step of completing and passing the the MBLEX, Massage & Body Work Licensing Exam. Shannon has been licensed in two states, spending some of her time working out west. She has since returned to her hometown to continue practicing her passion of therapeutic massage, focusing on injury recovery.
She currently holds her license through The Ohio State Medical Board. She has spent all of her career working in the spa setting and offers traditional Swedish massage and prenatal massage. Shannon is dedicated to bringing her current knowledge coupled with her ever growing knowledge through continuing education to be able to bring her clients the vast benefits of body work and traditional healing practices.
