SPA B CANCELLATION POLICY

 
 

Out of respect to our therapists, we require a 24-hour notice of cancellation for an appointment.

As a courtesy, we automatically send out both an email and a text message reminder 1 week and 24 & 48 hours prior to your appointment, if you are signed up for this option.

Please ensure you keep your contact information updated for your reminders so that we can help avoid forgotten appointments and allow time to reschedule or cancel as needed.

Cancellations under 24 hours or No-shows will result in a 50% charge of service scheduled that will be invoiced & must be paid prior to any further services scheduled.

New clients will be required to have a credit card on file in order to schedule their first appointment. Your card will not be charged unless a no-show or same-day cancellation occurs.

** Please note: If you feel the onset of a sickness or have rashes/ wounds on face & body prior to your service - we highly recommend cancelling and or rescheduling your appointment to prevent the spread of germs to others. Our staff greatly appreciates this! **



SPA B GIFT CARD POLICY

Thank you for choosing a SPA-B gift card for your wellness experience!

Whether you have an instant email gift card or a physical plastic card, we kindly ask that you bring it with you to your appointment and present it at checkout.

**Please note that it is the cardholder’s responsibility to keep and provide their gift card for use. Unfortunately, we are unable to track or store individual gift card information. If you forget your card, you may use it during a future visit.
